Oh man Snake Eyes kicked serious ass!! I feel like this might be the third or fourth time I’ve said this on my blog, buy “how have I not seen this movie yet?!?!”
This is how I felt the whole time I was watching Snake Eyes:
The action was stellar and the storyline was super fun (but predictable of course), but I can genuinely say that Cage completely stole the show! Espeicially during the first ten or so minutes of the movie, he was at his absolute Cagiest. Watch these clips, you’ll know what I mean:
And they even got in the obligatory moment where the title of the movie is used in the script, juuuuuust after the bad guy goes down! Perfect! Bravo Hollywood! Bravo Cage!!
This was the perfect way to round out Cage action week, especially after the punishment I endured with City of Angels. Fuck that was brutal!
